6 Weeks of intense Training in Computer Animation with Masters from DreamWorks, Pixar, ILM and Weta Digital

This summer, the Animation department of the Lucerne School of Arts and Design will organize its 2nd Master Academy on computer animation instructed by Swiss animators working for the Major Hollywood FX and Animation studios.

Last year selected students and professionals completed a six-week training in advanced computer animation under the direction of Simon Otto (DreamWorks Animation – How to Train Your Dragon).

The feedback was overwhelming so we decided to repeat the Master Academy in a similar structure with some adaptions.

Swiss citizens, Swiss residents or people who have a sustainable connection to Swiss Animation Film are eligible to apply.

The academy focuses on Character Walk, Close Up Acting and Lipsync, Creature Animation and Human Acting.
